Throughout my career, I have seen how companies can be left vulnerable when a key leader departs or when major transformations need to be executed. That is exactly why I started Panum.eu. I wanted to build a platform where companies can access interim leadership and specialized consultants the moment they need them.

My own background shaped this mission:

• As an officer in the armed forces, I learned discipline, accountability, and how to maintain clarity under pressure.

• As a business leader for more than 20 years, I have held top-level positions in Danish and international companies, working with strategy, supply chain management, optimization, and change leadership.

I have seen time and again the value that interim leadership brings. When I step into an organization, I provide stability, secure continuity, and deliver measurable results – until the permanent solution is in place.
