Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act. This page explains what information we receive, what we use it for, how long we keep it, and what rights you have.

What information we receive

We process the information you send to us yourself. This may include:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Company
  • The content of your enquiry
  • Your CV and LinkedIn profile, if you are an interim executive and send them to us
  • Information about how you use the website, if you accept statistics cookies

The information comes from the contact forms on the website, from email, from other dialogue with us or from statistics cookies.

Enquiries from companies

If you write to us via the form »Do you need an interim executive?«, we use the information to respond to your enquiry. We also use it for any dialogue about working together.

Your enquiry is sent by email directly to our Managing Director. It is not stored on the website.

We keep your enquiry for as long as the dialogue is relevant. If it leads to an assignment, we keep the information as part of the customer relationship and in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

CVs from interim executives

If you send your CV via the form »Are you an interim executive?«, we use it to consider you for interim assignments. We do this on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit the form.

Your CV is sent directly to us as an email attachment. It is not stored on the website and is not publicly accessible online.

We may prepare an anonymised version of your CV and present it to clients or on the website. We only do so if you have approved the anonymised version.

We keep your CV and your information for 2 years from the date we receive them. If we wish to keep them longer, we will ask you first. After that, we delete them.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to mlh@panum.eu, and we will delete your CV and your information. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Purpose of processing

We process personal data in order to:

  • Respond to enquiries via the website or email
  • Hold dialogue about assignments and working together
  • Consider interim executives for assignments
  • Manage our relationships with clients and partners
  • Keep statistics on the use of the website, if you have given consent

We process your information on one of these bases:

  • Your consent. This applies to CVs from interim executives, to statistics cookies and to the map from Google Maps.
  • Processing is necessary to respond to your enquiry or to enter into or perform an agreement.
  • Our legitimate interest in running and developing the business.
  • A legal obligation, for example under the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

How your enquiry is sent and protected

The connection between your browser and the website is encrypted. The forms are forwarded as email via our web host over an encrypted connection.

The website keeps a copy of each outgoing email in a technical log for 14 days. The log is only used to check that emails are delivered. After that, the copy is deleted automatically.

Communication over the internet can never be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Cookies, statistics and maps

We use Google Analytics to keep statistics on how the website is used. This gives us figures on, for example, which pages are read and where visitors come from.

Google Analytics places cookies in your browser. These are small text files with a random ID. The cookies are called _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, and by default they are kept for up to 2 years.

We only set these cookies if you have accepted statistics cookies in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the banner.

The information is processed by Google and may be transferred to the USA. Google participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has approved as a basis for transfers.

The contact page shows a map from Google Maps. The map only loads if you have accepted it in the cookie banner. Until then, you see a placeholder.

When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may place cookies in your browser. Google may transfer the information to the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Your choice in the cookie banner is stored in a cookie, so we do not ask again on every visit. It is necessary to remember your choice and does not require consent.

Storage of information

We only keep personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose, or for as long as the law requires. The retention periods for CVs, the technical log and cookies are stated above. When the information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Disclosure of information

We do not disclose personal data to others unless it is necessary to deliver an agreed service, or the law requires it.

We use data processors who process information on our behalf. Our web host, Simply.com, runs the website and sends the emails. Microsoft provides our email system, and Google provides the statistics tool Google Analytics. The data processors may only process the information according to our instructions.

  • The right to have inaccurate information corrected
  • The right to have information erased
  • The right to restrict processing
  • The right to data portability
  • The right to object to processing
  • The right to withdraw consent

Complaints

If you believe we are not processing your information correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.

Changes to this privacy policy

We update this privacy policy when legislation or our processing of information changes. The current version is always available on this page.
